How to enable undo sent mail in gmail.

One of the biggest drawbacks of email as written in your school books is that you can't undo the mails once sent in hurry or by mistake. But Google took the fact seriously and added a feature in gmail using which one can undo a sent email if acted on certain time. Yeah Google provided a chance for forgiveness in those situations by recalling the sent email within a time limit. So we are to see how to enable that feature on your gmail.

Enable undo sent mail on gmail:-

Step 1-
Login you're gmail account.

Step 2-Now on top right corner click on gear icon i.e settings button. This will show a drop down list.

Step 3-From the drop down list select settings.

Step 4-Now go to general tab under gmail settings option.

Step 5-Now locate the undo send option in general preferences. Then check the enable undo send button. From the drop down box just beside you can select the time until which you can recall the mail.

Step 6-After it's all set scroll down to bottom and click save changes.


That's how your undo send option is enabled. Now onwards whenever you mail someone you will see an option to undo it. And when you click undo it's saved back to drafts where you can edit it. Hope this helped you and you will now share of with your friend and read some other tricks.
