Answer: Simply, if you change package name, YOU cannot send messages So, changing package name is not considered breaking encryption!
FIXING send/receive messages is considered breaking encryption ;)

IMP: YOU HAVE TO UNINSTALL ANY PREVIOUS WHATSAPP then install *#YoWhatsApp*, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ROOT!!
