First seeing my previous post " how to use 3 WhatsApp in one device "

3 WhatsApp use trick here

After then 
1) Go to original WhatsApp
2) create chat backup
3) go to mobile setting WhatsApp clear data
4) uninstall WhatsApp
5) install SAWhatsapp
6) verify your number
7) now done

8) after then install osmwhatsapp
9) register your new number
10) and finally install original WhatsApp
11) now you have 5 WhatsApp in one device
